Feel the Difference

Originally, Orchard Valley Townhomes is a standard 1987 townhome construction with cheap finished material. While the townhomes have an open space floor plan, they were dated and old. The redevelopment strategy included demolishing of all townhomes to the sheet rocks, and rebuilding them.

Post redevelopment, we have built brand- new townhomes with modern palette of materials for contemporary and timeless look, recessed lighting, latest AC/Heating technologies, high end kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathroom vanities, showers, resort style amenities, dedicated EV chargers per townhome, and private outdoor spaces, creating a single home like living experience.

The architecture balances modernity and originality. This concept continues throughout the interiors with an approach creating a floor plan tailored to tenants’ work from home lifestyle. It also focuses attention to the quality of materials and subtly of textures, and color palettes, from high end flooring to quartz slabs, from solid wood mahogany entrance door to high ceiling penthouses.

Feel the Difference

The View was originally constructed in 1931 in the Spanish Mediterranean style. The building was acquired with original finished material, kitchens, flooring, electrical wiring, and plumbing. The property had breathtaking mountain and bay views with high ceilings but had unattractive 1930s floor plans. The redevelopment strategy included demolishing the building down to the studs, including all interior walls, while keeping the building’s envelope, foundation, and roof.

Post redevelopment, we have built a brand-new ultra-luxury, boutique property consisting of 15 ultra-luxurious apartments and penthouses with brand-new floor plans, rooftop sundeck, and resort style amenities, achieving a newly defined category of boutique, luxury multifamily properties in the Silicon Valley
