Alon Carmeli is a 30-year high-tech entrepreneur with several IPOs and M&A’s experience turned real estate investor. Following Alon’s passion for real estate, architecture, and interior design, he established a condominium real estate development company in Israel and became its leading investor and shareholder in 2005. In 2011, Alon started purchasing multifamily family residential properties in the Silicon Valley, and in 2016, Alon expanded his real estate investment activities by establishing real estate partnerships focused on investments in redevelopment of mid-market multifamily residential properties exclusively in the Silicon Valley. Executing The Greenpoint Difference, Alon has achieved an IRR of 20 – 56% since 2011. Alon is a hands-on manager with multi-dimensional domain experience in fund raising, asset acquisitions and evaluations, real estate development, financing, architecture, construction management, property management, and interior design.
